Benesov, Czech Republic – 11 July 2016 – Mavel, a. s. (“Mavel”) announced the final commissioning of the 4.1 MW Alba Hydroelectric Power Plant (“Alba HPP”) in Santa Vittoria d’Alba on the Tanaro River in Northwest Italy.

Benesov, Czech Republic and Boston, MA – 11 July 2016 – Mavel Americas, Inc., a 100% owned subsidiary of Mavel, a.s. (“Mavel”), announced that it received an order for a Kaplan ‘S’ turbine for the new Crocker Pond Hydroelectric Power Plant (“Crocker Pond HPP”) located in Westminster, MA.

Benesov, Czech Republic and Boston, MA – 1 June 2016 – Mavel Americas, Inc. announced that it received an order for a Vertical Pelton Turbine and related equipment for the Winchie Creek Hydroelectric Power Plant (“Winchie Creek HPP”) located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.

Benesov, Czech Republic – 1 March 2016 – M a v e l, a.s. (“Mavel”) announced the introduction of the TM8 Turbine, an addition to its TM Modular Micro Turbine (“TM Turbine”) line.   The TM8 Turbine is the fourth in Mavel’s TM Turbine line and joins the TM3, TM5 and TM10 models.
